Returns & Exchange Policy

RCB would like to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore you may return unworn or undamaged shoes in the original shoe box within 30 days of your purchase. Once we have received your package a full inspection will be completed (must contain shoes, laces, tags, tote bag and box) RCB will issue a full refund to the original form of payment, please allow 14 days for processing. All sock and hat products are 'final sale'  unless factory defects are apparent. 

Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will only be charged on orders where applicable. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped to other locations in the USA.

Exchanges

RCB offers complimentary exchanges within 30 days from the order shipping. Please note, exchanges must be returned in new condition (shoebox, laces, tote bag, and box) to qualify. Please ensure your box is returned in the same or a similar poly-bag that you would have received your shoes in. A full inspection will be completed prior to shipment of your exchange. To arrange for an exchange, please e-mail your order number and new size request to rcbshoes@gmail.com
